We manage four Facebook accounts with a combined following of 14,000 people as well as other prominent social media channels. Our email database has nearly 30,000 subscribers and we spend a significant sum on advertising and promotions including Google paid ads, social media advertising, online listings, print advertising, memberships with tourist boards and referring companies as well as listings in accommodation guides, etc. By entrusting the management of your holiday home to us, you will give yourself the best possible chance of your holiday home being found by potential customers and securing bookings.

Through subletting with Peter Bull Resorts, you won’t need to worry about a thing. From the minute the guest books with us, we will take care of everything. We will contact the guest with a booking confirmation and relevant pre-arrival information, ensuring that payments are taken as per the booking conditions and followed up if necessary. On arrival the guest will be greeted by our friendly reception team who will provide them with information on their accommodation and the park facilities. The guest will have free use of all of the facilities; and the reception, housekeeping and maintenance teams will all be on hand should there be any issues with their accommodation or stay with us. We will provide any necessary after care and our housekeeping team will carefully prepare your holiday home for its next use. All monies will be processed by our finance team and confirmed to you in your annual statement.

We also look after all of the health and safety requirements and legal compliance for owners who are on our subletting scheme, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your holiday home meets all of the industry safety standards and is able to be let out to the general public safely.

Our results
